Advanced Geospatial Surveyors Ltd provides professional land surveying and geospatial services including but not limited to:

• Cadastral Surveys
• Aerial Drone Mapping
• Engineering Surveys
• GIS and Mapping Solutions
• Bathymetric Surveys
• Topographic Surveys

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Grant necessary access to survey sites
• Obtain required permissions and permits
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Notify us of any changes to project scope

4. Professional Standards

All surveying work is conducted in accordance with Zambian surveying regulations and international best practices. Our surveyors are qualified professionals committed to accuracy and precision.

5. Intellectual Property

All survey data, maps, reports, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Advanced Geospatial Surveyors Ltd until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for the specified project purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, Advanced Geospatial Surveyors Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project quotations. Generally:

• Deposits may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in project agreements. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis, considering work already completed.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects and data. Information is only shared with authorized personnel and project partners.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia.
